The Breath Effect
The art of breathing, beautifully branded

The Breath Effect, founded by Hope Carmody in Melbourne, is a trauma-informed and science-lead business committed to helping people to improve their wellbeing through breathwork. You can discover breathing techniques that reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, boost your immune system and more.

Hope engaged us to create a branding suite that reflected the nature of her work while establishing a professional identity.

The Opportunity

The proposed branding for The Breath Effect was intentionally designed with a clean, contemporary identity, allowing the content to remain clear, engaging and easy to absorb. This ensures that the brand is approachable and trustworthy.

The Logic

This project provided a blank canvas, giving us the opportunity to create custom, distinctive assets that feel unique to the brand. The chosen colour palette draws inspiration from natural coastal elements, creating a sense of calm, freshness and connection to the environment.

Resulting in a clear brand identity across digital platforms, the combination of thoughtful design elements, a refined colour palette and a considered visual approach ensures the brand communicates its message with clarity.

Thank you so much, it looks stunning!

The Execution

We executed a flexible branding suite of editable templates that keep consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The modern font was chosen to feel fresh and visually appealing to the audience.

The Impact

The Breath Effect now has a cohesive and recognisable brand that supports its growth and purpose. Each visual element works together to naturally grow with the brand, making it stronger and creating meaningful connections with current and future clients.
