Mandalay Flowers is in the heart of Double Bay with more than four decades of floral expertise, a loyal Sydney following and a reputation for creating arrangements with care, creativity and elegance. The business already had heritage, craft and character.
Our job was to give that story a sharper visual style and a more connected brand presence across every customer touchpoint.
From the first impression online to the details customers take home in-store, we helped Mandalay Flowers step into a more elevated, cohesive and commercially confident identity.

Mandalay Flowers had the product, the reputation and the experience, but its brand presence needed to better reflect the quality of the work behind it. There was an opportunity to create a full brand refresh that felt premium without losing warmth; polished without feeling impersonal; and flexible enough to work across digital, social, print, packaging, signage and in-store applications.
Our goal was to position Mandalay Flowers as a trusted floral destination for everyday gifting, events, weddings, corporate work and seasonal moments.

We approached the project as a complete brand ecosystem, not a single design update.
The new identity needed to work beautifully across the website, social media, printed collateral, storefront decals, magazine advertising, gift vouchers, stickers, flyers and campaign assets. Every element had to feel connected, recognisable and considered.
The creative direction leaned into Mandalay’s strengths: refined floristry, tactile beauty, local heritage and a sense of occasion. We wanted every touchpoint to feel like part of the same experience, from discovering the brand online to walking past the store or receiving a gift voucher.
A new branding suite was designed to capture the feeling of Mandalay Flowers and establish a distinctive, elevated presence.
This included the design of a new logo and refreshed visual identity, supported by brand guidelines to keep the look consistent across every channel.
We designed and developed a new website with a stronger customer journey, online ordering, product categories and clear pathways for delivery, pickup and enquiry. The site was built to make the brand feel premium while keeping the shopping experience simple and practical.
Our team art directed the photography to capture the detail, texture and emotion of the florals, creating content that could work across the website, social media and campaigns.
The new brand was rolled out across physical and printed assets, including in-store decals, magazine advertising, gift vouchers, stickers, flyers, stationery and other customer-facing materials.
Alongside the new design we managed social media content and creative direction, helping Mandalay show up with a more consistent presence across Instagram and Facebook.

The result was a complete brand refresh that gave Mandalay Flowers a stronger, more unified presence across every touchpoint. The new identity brings together heritage and modernity, giving the business a polished platform for ecommerce, social storytelling, seasonal campaigns and in-store engagement.
Mandalay Flowers now has a brand system that feels as considered as its arrangements: elegant, memorable and ready to grow.
